02. 05.10.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 27.06.2016 and, allegedly, he is one of the order givers. However, the allegation of assault is upon Vijay Shankar Pandey @ Guddu Pandey who has fired by double barrel gun and injured the brother of the informant who succumbed to the injury and later on died.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42699 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 case, the petitioner, namely, Anil Pandey @ Chunmun Pandey is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Simri P.S.
