The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 168 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner submitted certificates of one Bimla Kumari, D/O Deo Sharan Prasad and got appointment on the post of Prakhand Teacher. During the course of enquiry fraud committed by the petitioner has been detected. The petitioner worked and withdrew salary.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
