Petitioner is said to be caught with stolen vehicle and his prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 1.9.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 36919/2016.

Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. case no. 106/2016 pending in the court of S.D.J.M, Motihari stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible preferably, within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if trial of the petitioner is not concluded due to laches of the prosecution within the above stated period of six
