The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 498A of the IPC and Sections 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

As per first information report, the informant alleged that his daughter was married with the petitioner but now his daughter is being tortured by her sasural people for demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with all respect and dignity but it is not acceptable to her and that she is making false allegation against the petitioner and his family members. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.1500/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the daughter of the informant On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24385 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1500/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the daughter of the informant.

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Barh P.S.Case No.215 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
