Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B), A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is of recovery of one pistol with four cartridges, one mobile phone and Rs. 17,300/- cash.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 24.01.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63282 of 2018(2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- XV, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018.
