In case, he is required the service particulars with respect to the individual petitioners for proper adjudication, the same may be collected by him within the aforesaid period.

3. The petitioners, if so advised, may appear before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur within 1-2 days with respect to redressal of their grievances.
