JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 28-09-2016 Heard Mr. Dhrub Narayan, learned Senior counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Mrigank Mauli learned counsel for the respondents.

This is another writ petition in the chain of litigations that has ensued between the parties. This time plaintiff-petitioner objects to the permission granted by the trial court to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17894 of 2013 (3) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 defendants for disposing of a portion of the suit property. The discretion in this regard is entirely vested in the trial court and since there is no jurisdictional error found in the exercise nor the permission reflects perversity, I am not persuaded to interfere with the order passed.

The writ petition is disposed of.
