The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with C.R. Case No. 514 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioners is false and fabricated and is the outcome of a complaint case bearing CR Case No. 472 of 2014 filed by the petitioner no. 1 which was filed a week prior to the present date of occurrence.
Considering the nature of allegation made in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32064 of 2015 (3) dt.19-08-2015 present complaint and also the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with C.R. Case No. 514 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
