Petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2016 in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 1410 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 348(A), 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and he is ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph-7 of the petition. Charges have already been framed in this case and there is no chance of tampering with the evidences. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last five months. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
