2. In terms of the previous orders of the Court, the authorities have filed affidavits showing payment of various dues and with regard to non-payment of GPF for some period, the stand is that as the petitioner had not drawn salary for the period, no amount of GPF and Group Insurance was made and, thus, the same has not been paid.

3. On 08.01.2020, on prayer made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was to be listed on

Patna High Court CWJC No.43 of 2018 dt.14-01-2020 2/2 10.01.2020 among the top five cases. Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the authorities. Further, no rejoinder to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the authorities is on record.

4. In the aforesaid background, the Court finds that the authorities have paid the retiral dues of the petitioner to the extent possible in law and reasons with regard to the unpaid claim have been stated in the affidavits filed on behalf of the authorities, to which there is no rejoinder.

5. For reasons aforesaid, the application stands disposed off.
