Petitioner is accused in connection with Sherghaty (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 445 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 414/34 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is said to be the driver of the Tempo and has no concern with the seized materials. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60954 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Sherghaty (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 445 of 2018.
