The petitioners, three in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960 and different sections of Animal Transportation Act.

It is submitted that the petitioner no. 1 is the owner of pick-up-van, the petitioner no. 3 is the driver and the petitioner no. 2 is the owner of the animals which were being transported. No theft article was recovered. Only two cows were being carried after being purchased by the petitioner no. 2 from the cattle fair. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named

No.24129 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dwijendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran in Kesharia P.S.
