Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order it would appear that the name of petitioner has come in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Pankaj Sharma.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases but in the present case, except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional
