Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.01.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 63742 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 09.01.2020, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 63742 of 2019 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from receipt of the order. The learned court below shall ensure compliance of the order dated 09.01.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 63742 of 2019.
