2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118

(1) , 109, 351 ( 2 ), 351 (3) and 352 of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , petitioner assaulted son of informant with iron rod due to which he sustained injury . Allegation is general and omnibus. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

5 . Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of the petitioner and circumstances of the case , in

No.50384 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate Jhanjharpur in connection with Andharamath P.S. case No. 65 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of BNSS 2023 .
