Informant, Guddu Kumar Razak, who happens to be son of deceased Gainu Razak, had shown suspicion against the petitioner and others on account of the fact that they have come on the fateful day in search of his father, deceased, who was not present at that very time at his house and further, threatened to make payment to Babita Devi, whose money was misappropriated by Krishna Kumar Razak, his brother in-law and for that, Krishna Kumar Razak as well as his sister both were taken into custody. From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that it happens to be a case of no evidence.
Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Sunil Razak is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52415 of 2016 (03) dt.16-02-2017 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. S. K. Pandey, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainty P. S. Case No.149 of 2016.
