Having regard to the fact that the petitioner earlier for the same relief has filed a writ petition being C.W.J.C No. 13291 of 2003 which was disposed of on merits and thereafter the petitioner has again moved this Court in C.W.J.C No. 7820 of 2008, which got dismissed for default, the present writ application for the same relief is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7663 of 2015 (2) dt.18-05-2015 It would be however open for the petitioner to take remedial measures, if he still has a grievance, as may be permissible in law.
