In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 504, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The dispute arises between the Informant and the present petitioner on account of use of pathway which led to altercation resulting in case and counter case. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 13.4.2016.
