The petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to grant him the benefits of M.A.C.P. to which he is entitled.

Several representations preferred by the petitioners have yet not been heeded to.

The petitioners, under the aforesaid circumstances, are directed to make a suitable representation afresh before the District and Session's Judge, Civil Court, Nawada (Respondent No. 2), within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of such representation, shall have the facts verified, ascertain the entitlement of the petitioners and thereafter pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within a further period of 10 weeks.
