JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-10-2016 Heard Sri Shashi Bhushan Kumar Manglam, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner, who is a lady and in custody since 15.6.2016 in Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 544 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 325, 307, 302, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the F.I.R. besides petitioner about 12 persons were arrayed as accused, however there is no specific accusation against the petitioner. He further submits that from the F.I.R. itself it is evident that land dispute in between the parties was going on.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40636 of 2016 (2) dt.04-10-2016 2/2 Keeping in view the fact that petitioner is a lady and there is no specific accusation against her, let the petitioner Muneshwari Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya / concerned court in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur ) P.S.
