JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within four weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Satyendra Narayan Shukla, learned APP for the State. This modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 12.6.2020 passed in Cr. Misc No. 10187 of 2020 by which the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been allowed in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019.

Considering the averments made in the application, the pandemic situation which is going on since the month of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9614 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 March, 2020 till date and the various kinds of hindrances coming in the way of the litigants, this Court extends the period for submission of bail bonds by four weeks from today. If the petitioner surrenders and submits the bail bonds within four weeks from today he will be given the benefit of order dated 12.6.2020 passed in Cr. Misc No. 10187 of 2020. Rest of the order shall remain intact.

It is made clear that no further modification application shall be entertained.
