JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitionesr and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners being in-laws apprehend their arrest in Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014 registered under sections 498A, 304(B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. First information reflects that the daughter of the informant was married three years ago with Sanjay Kumar Sahni, but later on the informant came to know that his daughter was murdered by the petitioners and husband of the deceased. The impugned order shows that after institution of the case the informant filed a petition disclosing the fact that he lodged the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12594 of 2015 (2) dt.18-05-2015 2/2 present case under misconception. However, the petitioners happen to be in-laws of the victim and no specific over act is attributed against them. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Pipra Kothi P.S.
