In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 206 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the victim and he has been made accused in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 206 of 2014. Earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court for bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 49195 of 2015, which was rejected vide order dated 04.11.2015.

On perusal of the report of the court below, it appears that the case has been committed to the court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43726 of 2016 (3) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 sessions.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not intending to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of nine months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
