The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions trial No. 84 of 2021 arising out of Kanti P.S. Case No. 831 of 2019 registered under sections 412, 413, 414, 467, 468, 472, 471/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 02.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17466 of 2020. Petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2019.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that earlier, prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63201 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 vide Cr. Misc. No. 17466 of 2020 on 02.07.2020 on merit. Further, he contended that now, in the present case, there is no fresh ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail is again rejected.
