Vs. Brahma Datt Sharma reported in AIR 1987 SC 943 this Court is not inclined to go into the question as to whether the on account of nonappearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court had recorded any error of record by not noticing Annexure-3 to this modification petition which was infact never placed on record in
Patna High Court MJC No.589 of 2015 (2) dt.18-05-2015 the connected writ petition.
This application is accordingly dismissed.
Nothing said in this order however shall come in the way of the petitioner in taking appropriate steps against the order passed by this Court as is permissible in law. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Rishi/- U
