====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the State. The petitioners seek bail in connection with I.F. Case No. 15 of 2016 registered under Sections 9, 27, 29, 31, 52, 57 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972.

It is contended that the petitioners were not involved in the alleged hunting of any wild animal. The composite seizure-list does not show as to what was recovered from which petitioners' house. It is also contended that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35157 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 petitioners having no criminal antecedent are in custody since 14th April, 2016.

Regard being had to the submissions made at the Bar, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Tr. No. 1200 of 2016, arising out of IF Case No. 15 of 2016.
