The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.288 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506, and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the both sides have sustained injury and injury caused to the informant side is simple, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st,
