Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 303 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is suspicion against the petitioner and others that they have committed murder of the daughter of the informant for property dispute. The marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized in the family of the petitioner with co-accused Indradeoo Yadav in the year 2001. Submission is that only suspicion is there and the petitioner is a female.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53201 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna/Successor Court, in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.303 of 2016.
