The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 399, 400, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.05.2019. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle but nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
