The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 257 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 47 (A) of Excise Act.

Allegedly, from the motorcycle of the petitioner Nepali liquor and country made liquor, as per seizure list, were recovered and the petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2016. Considering the alleged recovery and period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 257 of 2016, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient
