2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Cyber P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 336(3), 336(4), 75, 78 of the BNS and Sections 66(c), 66(d), 66 (E), 67(a) of the I.T. Act.
3. As per prosecution, the allegation against the petitioner is that he is threatening the complainant to make her video viral on internet and used to harass her when she stopped to talk with him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51805 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 present case. No photo or video of the complainant was made viral by the petitioner. Petitioner is a young boy aged about 23 years preparing for competitive examination. Charge sheet has already been filed and there is no chance of absconding and tampering with the evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2025, having no criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in Begusarai Cyber P.S.
