The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.230 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354(3)/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, which had been corroborated by the victim in her statement before the police, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. However, in the event of surrender of the petitioners
