Petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2016 in connection with Complaint Case No. 128 of 2006/Tr. No. 707 of 2015 registered under Sections 498-A, 323 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The basic accusation is of assault and torture. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant and he is ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph- 12 of the petition. 5.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
