The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 12 litres of Nepali liquour.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and has falsely been implicated in this case of alleged recovery of 14 litres and she is in custody for more than three months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact

No.54976 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 that the petitioner is a lady and she is in custody for sufficient period, let petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S.
