Permission is accorded. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if petitioner surrenders before the court of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No. II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhni (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 923 of 2021 within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced by this order, shall examine the same on its own merit and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
