Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 376 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner committed rape on minor girl. The impugned order goes to show that injuries were found on the person of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with POCSO case no. 17/2016 arising out of Buxar (Mahila) P.S.
