The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that marriage of the daughter of informant was solemnized with one Sachidanand Kumar @ Sachchidanand in the year 2016 and at the time of marriage, the informant has given cash of Rs. 6 lacs,

It is alleged that after some time the accused persons demanding cash of Rs. 10 lacs as dowry and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, she was subjected to torture and lastly killed by accused persons including the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is residing separately from the deceased and her husband prior to the alleged incident i.e. year 2017. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather only general and omnibus allegation has been attributed for demand of dowry etc. against all the accused persons including the petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail petition.

It is also submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that on similar footing Sachidanand Kumar @ Sachchidanand is getting privilege of bail.

In the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the
