The petitioner seeks bail in Rail Patliputra Junction Case No.11 of 2018 registered under Sections 370, 374 of the Indian Penal Code, 26 of the J.J. Act, under Section 17 of the Bonded Labour Act as well as under Section 3 of the Child Labour Act.

Seven minor boys were found in the company of the petitioner who disclosed that they were going to Karnataka to work in a pulse factory along with the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that none of the boys has stated that petitioner was forcibly taking the boys to Karnataka. The children were going to earn their livelihood.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60065 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for about last 41⁄2 months, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Railway, Patna in connection with Rail Patliputra Junction Case No.11 of 2018.
