The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of private-respondent no. 7 on the post of Anganwari Sevika in Ward No. 13, in Banni Panchayat, in the district of Khagaria. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.15068 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/3 that despite disqualification attached to the candidature of private-respondent no. 7, she has been appointed as the Anganwari Sevika at the concerned Centre.

The petitioner has approached all the authorities under the Guidelines of 2016 but to no avail till date. Under the new Guidelines of 2019, the complaint with respect to the appointment of an Anganwari Sevika / Anganwari Sahayika is to be filed before the C.D.P.O. of the concerned Block / District.

The petitioner, therefore, is directed to make a suitable complaint, as has been made in the present petition, before the C.D.P.O., Gogri, Khagaria (Respondent No. 5) within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of such complaint, shall look into the matter, hear the parties and pass an order in accordance with law within a period of 30 days. If no decision would be taken within the aforesaid period, the case of the petitioner would stand automatically transferred to the office of the District Programme Officer, who shall dispose off the complaint in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time.
