The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 3.11.2006 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in Complaint Case No. 2265(M) of 2001.

It has been submitted that the award for nonimplementation of which the Petitioner is being sought to be put on Trial, has been set aside as is evident from the order of this Court dated 7.4.2015 passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 2237 of 2001. In view of such, the order dated 3.11.2006 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in Complaint Case No. 2265(M) of 2001, is hereby, set aside.

Application stands allowed.
