The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

30 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered on road beside a hand-pump near R.M.Public School. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52910 of 2022(2) dt.11-11-2022 2/2 from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ - X cum Special Excise Judge-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
