2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 387, 504, 109 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 176 of 2011.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the thrust of accusation of firing upon the informant causing injury on his shoulder is upon co-accused Raju Kumar.

4. Considering the nature of accusations and the gravity of offence as well as the fact that the petitioner is said to have been armed with pistol, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
