Petitioner is accused in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 377 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.07.2018.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
