2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, informant while alone in the bank discharging her duty, in the meantime, a miscreant entered the bank and looted Rs.83,550/- on gun point and fled away.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of this petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Banka Police Station Case No. 491 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
