The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. From the materials on record, it seems that the petitioner and the so called victim were having affair and thereafter they have got married in the temple. The girl was carrying pregnancy of two months when she was found by the police. Thereafter, her statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C. was recorded, in which she has said that she was having affair with the petitioner and she got married with him.

In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner is a young boy and no useful purpose will be served by sending him Jail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

Case No. 52 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
