2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 120B, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., holder of mobile bearing no. 8092490769 demanded rangdari from the informant and also threatened to suffer with dire consequences if the same was not paid.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner is not owner of the mobile in question.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52542 of 2023(3) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 bail application and submits that during course of investigation it has come that mobile No. 8092490769 belongs to this petitioner and he has got 3 criminal antecedents of similar nature.
