Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 201 of 2017 arising out of Halsi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 341 and 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 1145 of 2018 which was rejected on 01.02.2018 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there was dispute between parties in respect of flow of drain water. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the observation made in order dated 01.02.2018

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60379 of 2018(2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1145 of 2018, petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in connection with S.Tr. No. 201 of 2017 arising out of Halsi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017.
