Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, u/s 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act and u/s 20/22 of NDPS Act.

As per the prosecution case, 926 grams of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that as per FIR, less than small quantity of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai PS case No.103/2021.
