According to the petitioner by raising a bill which is inclusive of the arrears, would amount to violation of this Court's order dated 10.7.2014 passed in CWJC No. 9849 of 2014 which is yet pending for disposal.

Patna High Court MJC No.1213 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 This application is misconceived and is disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner, if so aggrieved, can question the same in the pending proceeding.
