The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner being Executive Assistant fraudulently withdrew cash of Rs. 13,50,000/- from the cash counter of the bank. It is submitted that the said amount of Rs. 13,50,000/- has already been deposited on 25.04.2022 in the account of Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank, Sasaram and in support of the same he has annexed document vide Annexure-P/3. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52605 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 136 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
